Thank you for your interest in our offer and would like you to feel safe when visiting our website, also with regard to the protection of your personal data. Compliance with the provisions of the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) is a matter of course for us.

1. Collection of personal data when using our website

When you contact us by e-mail or using a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and your telephone number) will be saved by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or we restrict the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes. We also state the specified criteria for the storage period.

The data processed by us will be deleted or restricted in their processing in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR. Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention requirements. If the data is not deleted because it is required for other legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be kept for commercial or tax reasons.

2. Your rights

You have the following rights vis-à-vis us with regard to the personal data relating to you: You have the right to information about the personal data processed by us about you. In the event of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then request evidence from you that proves that you are the person you claim to be. Furthermore, you have a right to correction or deletion or to restriction of processing, insofar as you are legally entitled to do so. You also have the right to object to processing within the framework of legal requirements. The same applies to a right to data portability.

If you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data, you have the right to contact a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, which is responsible for us.

3. Collection of personal data when you visit our website

If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server.


If you would like to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.f GDPR):

  • Date and time of the request
  • Content of the request (accessed page)
  • Access status / HTTP status code
  • Website from which the request came
  • Browser
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software

For security reasons (e.g. to investigate abusive or fraudulent activities), this data is stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data, the further storage of which is necessary for evidence purposes, are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (in this case us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

Use of cookies: This website uses transient cookies as well as persistent cookies. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. This includes in particular the session cookies. These save a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This enables your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which can differ depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser. 4. Objection or revocation against the processing of your data
